  Hendricks Heating Cooling Service did an excellent job. Extremely pleasant and well-informed. The furnace fan had ceased operating, as had the hot water pressure valve. He explained everything in layman's terms, and despite having to leave and return many hours later with another part, he was just as kind at the end of the day as he had been when he first walked in the door. In particular, I would strongly advise them. In addition, the office staff was outstanding.

  The service technician diagnosed my ac problem strategically and took the time to explain multiple repair options to me so that I could make an informed decision. He was extremely professional and detailed. It was refreshing to work with a company that is fair and value-driven while also providing excellent customer service. I would definitely use Hendricks Heating Cooling Service again.
