  Jake from Heat Wave was very thorough on his diagnosis of the issue I was having with my combination system! He made me feel comfortable and confident that I'm making the right decision on the right maintenance for my system. Highly recommend this company for any of your gesting and cooling needs! Even the receptionist on the phone was very helpful and kind! These are all hard qualities to find in a company now a days but heat wave is the real deal!

  We were extremely pleased with Heatwave. From the estimate to the install, everyone was so professional. They made sure the scope of the work was explained clearly; actually came out twice to clear procedures with us. Each of Heatwave’s employees was so pleasant to deal with. We highly recommend this company.

  We used Heatwave when our furnace broke. It was installed by a different vendor and is only 1 1/2 yr old and it was determined that out mother board was bad. Heatwave found a part we needed and the mfg sent the wrong one so heatwave had the correct part sent overnight so we wouldn’t have to wait any longer for heat. The called and checked on us and Jake the installer was so nice and knowledgeable. By far this is the best customer service I have had in a very long time. They cared about us and out comfort. I will certainly be recommending them anytime I can. Thank you so much for taking such good care of us!!
