This was my first experience with Sunbeam service experts and I couldn’t be more happy. The manager Roger worked miracles to obtain the parts I needed. My service Tech Donnie is such an asset to Sunbeam. His knowledge, Skill, and genuine care for his customer is something all Sunbeam customers should experience. Thank you for sending Donnie after hours to help fix my furnace. Sunbeam goes out of its way to treat customers like family. It won’t be forgotten. Thanks so much.

I’ve been working with Sunbeam & their technicians for over a year now on multiple properties & they are the most professional and easy going people I absolutely love working with them! Hunter Waild has installed multiple furnace units in our properties and regularly does the maintenance & we could not be happier with his expertise! Thank you sunbeam & Hunter! 😊

I have been having trouble with my furnace not heating for several days. It would stop working for hours at a time with a drop of about 15-20 degrees in the house. The call center not very helpful in getting someone here while the furnace was out. It would come back on after a time. Monday the tech could not isolate a problem. Today (2/25), Donnie came out and was able to identify a problem with the flame sensor. Cleaned it and all seems functional now. I am very pleased with the techs. They are helpful and professional. Less happy with the call center helping me get some out here during the time when the furnace is out. They told me there was nobody on call. Both techs told me there was. I hope I don’t need you to come out here for a long time, but if I do, Sunbeam is still my first call.
