BEWARE !! Eddie was hired to install a HVAC system in a house we recently purchased. Upon receiving over $8000.00 in cash to get “supplies and parts ” Eddie disappeared. He disconnected his phone number, was not at the address listed for his business, will not respond to letters from the CCB and has never shown back up to complete the contracted job NOR contacted us. Upon inspection he had never even retained any permits. This guy is a crook 100% We have taken legal action against his business to recoup the funds he has stolen and it is of course a long process but I do not wish this upon anyone else. Please DO NOT use this business or Eddie Pelham.
