Our AC was out for 3 days and no one would commit to a time. When I called Heat Air LLC at 4 pm on Tuesday, Michael was at my home within 20 minutes. He immediately made an assessment as to the cause, but it was too late in the day to obtain the new blower motor necessary. He was back the very next day exactly when he said he would with the new blower and quickly had it installed and up and running. I can't say enough about his professionalism, communication, knowledge and commitment to do exactly what he promised at a fair price. I can't say enough how thankful and grateful we are and wholeheartedly recommend this company.

I had Heat Air LLC replace my furnace and ac unit. They arrived on time and completed the job that day. The price was very fair and the work was professional. Did a great job of cleaning up and answering all my questions. I bought the system Michael recommended for reliability and quiet operation. The air conditioner is so quiet that we can now enjoy our patio.

I had Michael replace my existing A/C unit because my old one failed. MIchael installed the new unit, inside and outside ones and everything worked as described. Here is the issue, 2 years later the A/C unit would not come on. Tried calling, left voice mail and e-mail and no reply, unit has a 10 year labor and 5 year parts warranty. I had to fix the unit myself, had a bad start capacitor for the compressor. Ever since the unit was installed, it rattled/vibrated, tried calling Michael several times again, left voice mail and e-mail, no response. Michael does good work, but then leaves you hanging if anything goes wrong.

Sorry that you had to replace the capacitor on your AC. I receive on the same day one call and one email from you. I was driving to California. I called you that night and left you a message for you to call me to schedule someone to stop by but l never got and answer back from you. Sorry about the misscommunication l like to honor my work given that is my own bussines. Your AC is still under warranty and if in the future you need my help please let me know and l will do my best to be available as soon as possible. Thanks
