My tech today was Josh. He was extremely professional and pleasant. Everyone who has come to look at my HVAC has provided terrific service. Micah, who answers the phone when I call, has always provided stellar service. I recommend Haynes without hesitaion!

I contacted them via email and Micah got in touch with me right away; I explained I had a leaking radiator in a new house I was not familiar with and she sent Zack the very same day to shut down the water to prevent leak damage and diagnose the repair. Very responsive, understanding and prompt. I called at least 8 other companies and was unable to find someone who wasn't a week out. Very thankful.

I have had a service contract with this company for several years. They used to be good to work with but no more. They do not return calls. I can't schedule service or talk to anyone. I have made a change.
