  Excellent service and fast response. Replaced my water heater before I had any major damage to my home. It only took a few hours and the job was professionally done. Well organized from the office to the technicians. Will use them again for sure.

  Harwich Port Heating and Cooling installed a mini-split HVAC system in my house about 2 years ago. The pipe set used in the system failed, causing all the refrigerent to leak out. The problem was caused purely by the manufactors faulty/poor product, NOT Harwich Port H&C. Nonetheless, Harwich Port stepped up and replaced the pipe set at their cost. Their staff is always polite, punctual and professional. Special thanks to Service Manager John Willey, a true professional. 10/10 would use their servicies again or happily recommend them.

  Think they do good work overall, just as a contractor, I've had to call 4 times to make an appt and they say someone will get back to me and it only happened once when I was on another call, and missed it. But I can't seem to actually get an appt set up yet.
