  Had a sudden problem with my AC and called Eric at Hintze. We had a very positive experience after having no confidence with past HVAC contractors. Eric returned our call, stopped by in the early evening after a long day servicing other customers. He analyzed the problem, communicated very clearly his thoughts and fixed the problem. He also took the time to personally recheck his work several days later as a heat wave was on its way and he was going on vacation. Was always easy to reach via text or mobile. Very satisfied with Hintze and are looking forward to using them for our future needs!!!

  Erico from Hintze HVAC was extremely responsive, professional and thoughtful. I reached out because our AC was freezing up. He came out within a few days and diagnosed the issue. That same day he provided me with the cost for the work and returned the next week (late on a Friday) to make the modifications to my system and got me up and running. Don't search any further - call Hintze and they will take excellent care of your HVAC system.
