  I hope I succeed in conveying the value of their Brand, which is my opinion is integrity on the side of customer satisfaction. On a recommendation we called and they came out not once but twice. The second time the technicians returned it wasn’t about billing but about identifying the solution. as the source of the problem. Experiences with such services has been that the customer never gets the benefit of the doubt. In this case, the technicians withheld invoicing to ensure the repair was the right fix and we believe it was. Hartz invested in us as their first priority. And we’re happy to have been serviced by the best in Harrisburg, NC and beyond.

  Ive used Hartz for about 10 years now and Ive never had a bad experience. They are always quick to respond and it amazes me each time how great the experience is. Anytime you have HVAC issues it sucks, but its nice having a company you can trust to resolve it. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

  I got quoted by Morris Jenkens $24k for the same job these guys did for $10K. This company was highly professional, got the work done in one day, and did my entire system with duct work (1500 sqft)
