For 5 years I have lived in the Charlotte, NC area. This is the third HVAC company I've dealt with and the only one I would ever recommend. Jarrett was very thorough with the AC maintenance, he took pictures of everything he worked on and explained the repairs required. The two things I liked most were: that he found a transit bolt that should have been removed on installation (9 years ago), and that he managed to find a coolant leak very quickly. I'm confident that he found and fixed all the issues (unlike the previous 2 companies) and that I have an HVAC unit in good working condition. I will be relying on them to maintain this unit and replace it down the road. I should also mention that the scheduling folks were very helpful and accommodating as well.

Brian and Phillip did the install today of my new gas line for my dryer. They were professional, safety conscious, considerate, thorough, and they consulted with us when they needed decisions by explaining the need and possible solutions. Every step of the way, we we informed and advised of progress! Piedmont was overwhelmed, but my luck that they referred us to All Temp! Very happy with them. They even finished ahead of schedule. The inspection is in a few days. Can't wait to connect my new dryer!

The technician came to do a diagnostic on my systems, which happens to be a unique system that not all companies can work on. Very professional and knowledgeable. Very thorough as well. Even though the diagnostic revealed that I needed two new systems, I felt pleased enough with the service that I hired them to do the installation of the new systems.
