  Excellent business. Robert and Derek from Hart showed up on time, had our issues diagnosed within minutes, had the parts on hand including the needed new fan motor, and got our unit up and running in no time. The entire Hart team including the nice lady that scheduled our appointment was friendly and professional. Their prices were also very fair and they worked with our home warranty company to ensure that the repairs were covered. I look forward to using Hart in the future and will gladly recommend their services.

  Our landlord had a new HVAC system installed in the home we're temporarily renting in Plano by Hart HVAC last December. Cory, Austin and Jimmy were on time, professional and stayed late until they completed the installation. They even showed us how to download the app to our Androids and use it to program the new system. We were very impressed, and the crew spoke highly of the owner, Mr. Hart and the company. We would recommend this company and their products to anyone looking to replace their HVAC system.

  Robby and the rest of the crew with Hart HVAC came out to replace my HVAC system and they did an awesome job! They were on time, they are very knowledgeable and friendly, and they completed the entire replacement in less than a day! They also removed my old system and disposed of it and cleaned up any mess they made! I'm not familiar with a heat pump,, but Robby explained how it works and they tested everything before they left. They are very competitive with their pricing and they know their stuff! I highly recommend Hart HVAC! So my thermostat didn't work after my replacement unit was put in but Hart HVAC came out the day after I called and the professionalism and kindness the tech, Judah, showed was outstanding! I am VERY happy with Hart HVAC and would recommend to anyone!
