  7pm on a Thursday. 1 capacitor and one 60 Amp fuse for the outside condenser unit. About 15 minutes on site. $599. Sound reasonable? Harster who had been good to us in the past, is now Classic Aire. Say what you want about justifying that cost, no consumer can feel that they got a fair deal with figures like that.

  Note that Harster is under new ownership and now called Classic Air or something. So we paid $200 to have a pilot light lit and the cover was left off. It went out again and I called to get a bid on a new water heater and I had the nerve to ask what the difference was between an electric water heater and a gas water heater and received the snide response 'one runs on electric, one runs on gas'. Then he had me send him photos. We never received an estimate. Happily, Hoffman Brothers was glad to hear from us and gave a good estimate and had person out the next business day. We're happy with the work they did. To show I'm a fair fella, I'm now going to write a glowing review for Hoffman Brothers!

  Purchased a new Furnace and A/C from Harster about 2 years ago. They were fast, friendly, and affordable. Have had to call them for service once since then, and they were out here the same day. They were great, they explained everything they were doing and cleaned up when they were done. Again, fast, friendly, and affordable. Definitely recommend. Update: Purchased a new house that also needed a new HVAC. Harster was able to come in and custom design a system with dampers that was able to keep the upstairs cool with a high efficiency system. Great service, wonderful product.
