My mom went through this company to get her AC fixed, and she said they had terrible service. Rude employees and complete disregard for COVID. Then, I saw an Arch employee with a company sweatshirt wear no mask inside a nearby establishment. He was very rude to the employees and did not care about their health at all. Do not support this business.
