I've been using Harriett's for years to service my old boiler (Weil Mclain CG series boiler.) My boiler and water heater were over 25+ years old, sadly the boiler started having some issues. Had Harrietts over and they were able to put in a Weil McLain Aquabalance combo boiler/on-demand water heater. The installation looks wonderful, sadly now I have to paint the walls and floor to match the beatiful installation. The heater is so quiet, and the space savings is amazing.

I used the heating oil delivery service from this company and me and the previous owners of my house had the worst experience since every time I called I was being yelled at just for spelling my name by Debra and God forbid I had any questions I was treated like I was bothering her and should have been born knowing everything. My real estate agent was shocked to hear her speak to me on the phone since I was being calm and respectful to her yet her behavior was unexplainable. I was on a payment budget plan and my last receipt said my tank was filled and my card was charged $855, called Jack about this but was never answered. Turns out my card was never charged $855 but instead $290 and since my card was expiring a month later I had to renew the card. 2 months later i get this email stating that my card was declined and I was never charged the full amount even though the receipt stated I did. Yet of course Debra is already saying they are gonna pursue legal action if I dont pay because Im behind on payments instead of telling me the first month this happened ( and of course I have to now pay penalty fees). Im always on time with any payments and I treat people with respect and decency unlike what I experienced here. The rest of the staff was nice however. Absolutely a hell of an experience. Would not recommend if you are using oil services.
