  Excellent experience with Shamrock and all its representatives starting with Bill Ingram (Sales), Matt (Plumber), Troy (HVAV) and the Manager who helped us with cost adjustments. All were knowledgeable, informative and competent in their fields and answered all our questions. All are assets to Shamrock and because of them I would not hesitate to use the company again. Also, the woman who answered my call today (Ginny? - sorry I forgot your name) was extremely pleasant and helpful. Thank you

  i gave them one star because i could not give them zero charged me $190 to diagnose problem. said they would email me estimate for repair. never received i called them and they still have not responded $190 and my heater is still broken since original post shamrock reached out and provided a quote still debating what to do as the quote as ridiculously high

  Got couple quotes from other companies,but I've used them before & got quote years ago.They are respectful & thorough & do not try upsell.had same guy gave me the proposal from before. Would use them again-hopefully not soon!!
