  Harbin's came out on April 19th to inspect my property to give me a quote. As of May 3rd, still no quote so I just canceled it altogether. and the representative at Harbin's says to me that "since I've already gotten 2 other quotes, why am I so upset that I haven't gotten one from them??? REALLY???

  The owner is a great guy and very friendly.his daughter works in the office and she is also very,very nice and friendly.love doing business with them.
