  My air conditioning unit stopped working properly on the day of a heat advisory. I called Halltec on a Friday morning thinking there was no way anyone would come out the same day. However, the very nice young woman on the phone told me she could get someone out there today. The technician, Allen R., arrived around lunch time. He was very polite, professional, and patient. He answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable. He repaired my unit in less than an hour. Now my air is cold again! The price was reasonable also. I highly recommend Halltec! Great customer service! I will be calling them in the future if I need air or heating services again!

  Tried to charge me literally 2x the amount that it costs to repair my unit or buy a new one. We have a 5 month old son and desperately needed our unit fixed and they tried to take advantage of us. Got 2nd opinions and saved a ton of money. Can’t trust this company!
