James Stone, a Halco insulation team member came today to evaluate a problem and schedule us for a final visit at another date, however knowing the temperature was going to dip in the single digit and the negative digits he called home base to see if he could proceed today with fixing our problem, hence allowing us to be worry free. How's that for commendable? So he single handed tackled the problem (I have noticed usually the Halco guys work as a team of at least two) and I give the man a lot of credit as the area he had to crawl in and drag equipment and work was no ball room but more so reminded me of one of Cu Chi Viet Cong tunnels. By the time he left, you could not tell he was ever here as he took a ton of old material along and left everything so clean. He even broomed the place although I had told him I would do it. That's professional. Thanks James, my wife and I appreciate.
