  Bill Plummer is amazing. We've used him exclusively for a ton of work around our house - from a full furnace install, to adding new ducts, blown-in insulation, adding a whole home humidifier, to cleaning our A/C unit. We love his work, he's very responsive, and he's definitely reasonable. Never felt upsold at any point with him.

  I have had Bill Plummer service my own heating, cooling, water heater, and whole house generator for years. He is the most honest, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced of anyone. He also had been our church HVAC serviceman for many years.

  If you want your heating and A/C to be the most efficient and be the top quality product on the market for a price that most guys will put in garbage for! Then call the best HVAC guy in Rochester! Bill is the most knowledgeable guy in the industry and definitely the most honest!
