  Andrew and Barry has installed a new Trane AC in my home and about a 8 months later there was a lock out code. I called and left a message, Andrew immediately called me and was at my home within an hour. Andrew bypassed the issue so my unit would run and returned later to replace the part. Exceptional service with a smile and a few laughs. Great group and I would highly recommend.

  I have used H.E. Smith for over four years for service. When my a/c was hit with lightning and was completly damaged they installed a new one. They were right on top of things in getting me a new unit during our pandemic crisis, which was a miracle in itself. I was up and running in no time. Thank you all at H.E. Smith for being there for me. Great people and great customer service.

  The owner is awesome! His team installed a new Trane system that works amazingly and were super friendly and professional. Super fast too, called the office and 2 days later my home was cool again. Awesome price too!
