  The installation process was a disaster. Took several trips for them to get it right, including trying to convince them it needed to be level to avoid future problems. Well it never got leveled properly and now we are having issues. Heat didn't work...another service call. Gaskets came lose and got stuck in the fan....another service call. Waiting on parts to be ordered so we can schedule yet another service call and missed day of work. I called way less for my previous unit which was about 20 years old. I've had this one for less than a year. I will say the technicians and customer service reps are amazing. Would have given zero stars if it hadn't been for them. I'm trusting they will get this unit running right. When running properly, I have noticed a lower utility bill.

  The technician, Larry, was courteous and on time. He pointed out that we were using two filters in our system and only needed the one in the attic. This was not helping us and was making the system work harder than necessary.
