  I can't say enough great things about Gulfstream Cooling. They made the entire process of buying two new AC units easy and without any drama. From Mike the sales guy to Steve and his team that did the install, they were respectful and took great pride in their work, which is rare today. After comparing over 8 different quotes from various companies, we purchased a 2 ton and 4 ton Bryant units. When making such a large buying decision, for us it was not just about price and brand, it was also about the company that did the actual work. Thanks again Gulfstream for keeping me and my family cool. You will always have my business. Keep up the great work!!

  I had used Gulfstream to service one of my ac systems in 2017 and was happy with the work. At that time one of evaporator coils needed to be cleaned. I called again last week to have both of my ac evaporator coils cleaned. My units were both installed in 2013 and currently are 8 years old , i noticed my drain pans needed cleaning under the coils and the evaporator coils on both units were a little dirty. I called last week and spoke to a woman on the phone and scheduled for both units to have evaporator coils cleaned. She was talking over me and telling me i need maintenance. I told her again i want my coils cleaned and made appt and she said she scheduled the tech for time to do both units. The repair tech called me on the way to my home and said im on way over for ac maintenance , i told him i specifically asked for 2 units to have coils cleaned not maintenance. He said he would need another guy to help. I told him that his company said he was scheduled to do both units. When he got here he said i need to see how old units are , if they are over 10 years old we wont guarantee work. I told the tech to just leave. This company seems like they dont listen to their customers and dont want to do the work requested.

  I have a 16 year old A/C unit so I have required service a few times over the last 4+ years I've lived in my house. I'm very impressed with the level of service I'm consistently provided. On two occasions I called at about 4pm, and not only did they conduct a service visit the same day, both times my A/C was fixed the same day. Couldn't be happier. Very courteous and friendly, professional, and very reasonable pricing. If you are in the Lake Worth/Wellington area and need some help with your A/C I HIGHLY recommend Gulfstream Cooling. You won't be disappointed. And kudos to Anthony who handled my service visit yesterday. A+
