  We love the GPS notification by email to the exact point and time of arrival. The two installers were professional, very knowledgeable and worked very hard for several hours to complete our job. Friendly and respectful. Our salesman Dave spent a good amount of time explaining the new system and the price was reasonable.

  Ryan is a very talented young man and he knows the AC business inside and out. Ryan replaced the UV light in our system and we're very happy with the UV light that he selected for us it's a two year versus one year replacement and he did an excellent job. Ryan went above and beyond to clear the debris that was at the bottom of our exterior unit whatever that thing is called out there. Back to Gulf shore cooling they do an excellent job all the time this last situation they went ahead and scheduled me a month in advance of when they were coming out to do the maintenance and they were right here on that date and on time.

  He is a very personable young man . His attitude is very positive and he is very easy to talk to. . He presented a possible repair in a very understandable way. He did the repair in a professional timely manner. This is a very well run company. You can see on a map where he is on the call before yours from a e- mail sent to you.. He is held accountable by his company in every way. There are many many companies like his in the area for ac repair and maintenance. Their approach is low pressure , quality work, and accountability for their actions. You can ask for the same technician, as we do, to service your ac needs . We highly recommend this professional and his company. .
