  We were very pleased with Guaranteed Services! Their response was timely, helpful and informative. They called back to check in with us & expedited our service to get our heat back on quickly. They were courteous, stayed to be sure all was working & cleaned up after. We would highly recommend their company.

  Well it was the ac that wasn’t working not cooling. So the guy replaced the compositor, it cooled for a bit. Then there was a weird noise coming from what I thought was the air blower or squirrel fan? They said it was just vibration. He said he checked the Freon levels and said they were fine. Then no ac again but this time the heat wasn’t working. The guy came out and said it was the coils had a hole in it and all the Freon leaked out. I asked him what could be done he said someone would call they didn’t. I asked about the heat he said oh the heat works fine. So when I turned on the heat last night a pungent smell was coming from one vent. I have been a tech for 9 years as a natural gas industry. Also over 20 years in the whole company. And in my experience there can be a smell coming from the unit and vents from a cracked heat exchanger. Now they don’t want to come back. So home shield advantage is sending someone else out!!! This has been such a head with these guys!!

  Josh gave what I believe HONEST answers when asked questions. And the other technician Kota was VERY helpful as well...Josh told me to give the heater at least 24 hours to make sure it continues to accomodate OR to give their company a call and they would come back. He also said the pricing was good for the coil cleaning, because if they had to take the entire thing apart it would cost more. Pricing for the coil cleaning was explained to me in detail before scheduled service of the repair. Upon payment Josh also instructed me to continue with changing the Air Filters once monthly and to maintain a clean atmosphere then the coil cleaning would last a while. This service was assigned to us by a Home Warranty company to replace the heater motor. And this service was reassuring!! VERY PROFESSIONAL friendly and they smiled. So far we're getting supplied heat and we're VERY SATISFIED, even though its only been 24 hours yet! I would highly recommend using this company😊Thanks Josh & Kota
