  I just spent an hour with Troy at the parts counter area. He did something for me that I've never could have dreamed anyone at a plumbing supply store would do. I had a brand new Moen mixing valve that was defective. He retrofitted a tool that repaired the valve and made it functional. Thanks Troy for going the extra mile and saving me a ton of time. I don't mind driving past many supply houses to come to this Gateway store. You guys are the BEST! .

  Nice environment to shop, salesperson Ty was knowledgeable and personable and prices are better than any other company I have found for the same item. Had they offered Am Stand fixtures for a one stop shop they would have 5 stars.
