  Friendly, helpful people. I'm a DIY'er. I needed help on a compression gasket (3in cast iron waste pipe). Cheap part. The DIY box stores did not have the correct part and also had no help for my problem. These people looked at some pics I brought in and took the measurement I had and 5min later ordered the part. Two days, only because I came in so late. They called to notify me when it came in. Their part worked perfectly. I just thought the fact that they would be so helpful for a $10.00 part was awesome.

  This is my place of employment. Gross is a good employer. They are a company of over 50 employees in plumbing and have. No public sales counter open at this time.
