  I called Griffith at a busy time with an issue regarding my bill. After a short period on hold I was able to leave a voice mail. In just a few minutes I received a return call and the issue was resolved right away. Jeanie Hudson was very helpful and actually courteous. Griffith Energy has been noticeably improving customer relations recently! And people like Jeanie make me pleased to deal with Griffith!

  New to the area and new to heating oil, I wasn't really educated on the whole process. Jeanie Hudson was diligent about getting back a hold of me after I had called for more information. She promptly took care of all of our needs educated us on the process and helped us exponentially. Thank you Jeannie for all your help, know you have a customer for life. All too often in this day and age, customer service has gone by the wayside. But Jeannie and Griffith Energy Services went above and beyond. Thank you again
