  Highly recommend Bethany Air! There was a small mix up with our request but they worked very hard to resolve the issue. John came out late and worked on replacing a motor and stayed even later until it was done. He was professional and very hardworking throughout the time he was there. We usually use another company but they did not provide the level of customer service that Bethany Air provided. Could not thank John more. We were without heat and having to use space heaters and stay other places during some of the coldest days in winter. His hard work with a difficult task and staying late was greatly appreciated! We definitely recommend this company if you are searching for one.

  Our outside hvac unit was making an awful noise. Danny from Bethany Air was super knowledgeable and very helpful and informative in everything he was doing and what I could do to keep our system in good working order going forward. Very satisfied with the whole experience.

  Tim Jr. And Christian were so nice and understanding. If I ever need work done again I will call them. They were very professional and definitely got everything done in a timely manner. Thank you again for a wonderful job! Heather
