  I was unable to post this without highlighting at least one star. If there was a negative star amount I could use to describe my dissatisfaction with this company, I would. I have never seen such horrible customer service in my life. They do not know how to speak to people (a customer) with any sort of respect. My family has been with them for almost 25 years and I will not only never use them again, but will make sure everyone I come across knows not to either. The people in the office are unknowledgeable and inconsiderate. They are miserable and have done absolutely nothing to try and help fix the issues I have had. Horrible experience. Horrible service. Horrible employees. Horrible office staff. They should be ashamed of themselves.

  Sharon Hill is spectacular at her job!!! She has always been outstanding at her job and a huge advocate of ensuring that all of our families needs are met especially during emergencies. Our furnace went down during Thanksgiving and she had technician to put a new one in place that Monday! Sharon is an exceptional person and I am truly grateful for her dedication and her professionalism.

  Just had my annual oil-burner service/tune-up per my service contract with Griffith. Was very impressed with Tech Shawn Green. He gave a courtesy call right before coming to announce his arrival time and also picked up on several issues with my ductwork and oil tank. He took care of the ductwork problem during the visit and arranged for an appt. to have the oil tank matter taken care of. Shawn was very polite and professional.
