  We had a bit of a mystery on our hands. Previous HVAC company couldn't figure out what was causing the fuse to keep blowing. Greenstar came out the first time and fixed it, thinking a bug on the contacts was causing the thing to blow or some wire that had been stapled through. The tech told me not to pay the bill for 5 days to make sure the problem was solved. The fuse blew again 4 days later, and I called them, and they came out that day. This time they found other wires that had tiny flaws, and they're sure they got it done. Other company I was using gave up and quit responding. Greenstar was great about coming out and being on time, and they were very concerned and dedicated to making sure the problem was solved. :) I'll use them from now on.

  Called them hours prior to the ice storm beginning. Jason came right out and was friendly and professional. Our heating system is repaired and working great! I recommend them for sure.

  Their website states they “always answer their phones”. I called twice today. The phone rang, and rang, and rang. Then the call was sent to a full voicemail box. What they state as their services standard is not accurate.
