  Run do not walk away from this business. Doesn't show up on time (although after the second day of being stood up by him and calling and yelling at him he did show up on time, but did not complete the job. today for example, we tracked him down and were told that he would be here at noon, at 1 my husband called and spoke to him and said he was on the way to our house. at 1:45 i called and he told me he was on the way, and i advised him that i didn't care what time he showed up but that if he was going to be late that he needed to call and be honest with us about the time. he then called my husband and told him that he didn't even want to complete the repair because i was irrate. even though all i did was advise him that he needed to be on time or contact someone. he did finally show up around 3. still at it but i don't think it's going to be fixed today either. if this were my choice, i would have fired him on the first no show day. i we're on day 10 of no ac in the house. trust me, you don't even want to call him. RUN

  I notice the Fleming woman in the above review did not mention how much money she had spent or lost, well I can tell you zero. I tried to help the property manager on a 30 plus year old air handler in very poor condition. The resistors on the control board had melted. I purchased a new board out of my pocket and spent three hours in that 120 degree attic trying to get the air handler to run. This was one of the worst I've seen in years. At some point , new equipment is required. This woman didn't even want to allow me time to check on my paying customers. I then told the management company I can't help you . I have not received any money and this woman is yelling like CRAZY. I explained to them about the poor condition of the unit and advised for them to keep the parts and labor cost. NO CHARGE. I stand with my hundreds of satisfied customers along with our A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau. I wish good luck with any HVAC individual that has to go through what I did with this person.
