We just had our air conditioning system replaced a few days ago. The York air conditioner that we now have is amazing.  The cost of the replacement was reasonable, and the service was the best.  They even gave us portable units to use for two days until our old system could be replaced.  The installers were efficient, and cleaned so well afterward that you would never have thought they were here.  Thank you Great White for an amazing air conditioner and experience.

Very satisfied with my new HVAC system installed by Great White Mechanical. When there was a glitch with my thermostat, Dave responded immediately and installed a new one. Great White is an honest, family owned business that stands by their product.

I recommend Great White and Al.  Al was the service man and he was excellent.   Very honest technician and company.  They saved us hundreds of dollars.  Al was thorough and accurate in his assessment of the problem.   He laid out all of the options with the risks and benefits of each. We needed 3.5 pounds of refrigerant and everything is working well.  As with doctors, car repair places, and air conditioner repair companies, we are mostly at their mercy to know what the real problem is and how to fix it as economically as possible.  Great White, and Al did a super job at a low price, and got us up and running in less than an hour.

I had a loud noise happen a few times on my condenser fan, so I called and they were able to come out within a few hours.  Allen was professional and friendly.  He was able to explain what happened and how to prevent it.  I just had a service charge instead of expecting to replace the fan.  Excellent service and I will definitely use them again!

After having a garage sale and and wanting go into my cool house I realize my thermostat says 84! I knew I was going to call Great White because I’ve used them several times before. But on a late Saturday afternoon will they be able to come? Alan came within the hour and had the AC up n running!

Dave is such a helpful and knowledgeable man I will recommend this company to everyone I know!! Very impressed with the quick response and service. My AC was up and running in no time and it was not the simplest fix. Very reasonable price and great customer service. A++++ 👍

Horrible work and horrible service. If I could give them 0 star, I would. PLEASE never allow yourself to hire them, unless you want an AC prepare full of frustration, and/or you want to work with a company who DOES NOT WARRANTY THEIR WORK, even though they promised to do so!!!
Here is MY EXPERIENCE with them:
I asked Great White Mechanical to fix my AC because it was dripping. They told me on July 1st, 2021 that they need to replace the motor. They charged me a lot for that. However their Technician who did it, didn’t do a good job, hence the owner had to come back and fix it on July 2nd, just before the long July 4th weekend. However since the owner also couldn’t fix permanently it, right the way, he left the blower on full. The next day on July 3rd, I called them back that it is not working right, I was factual but very nice, and the owner, said how ungrateful I am for not appreciating their work, especially before the July 4th weekend. I couldn’t believe how poorly I was treated as a customer. All my Friends know me as a very grateful person, and the owner without knowing me well said something like that insulting. I was pretty hurt. On July 5th, their Technician came back to fix my AC again, however after he left, to this day my AC is still dripping just as it was dripping before. On August 30th, my regular AC company who I have a contract with and does my 6-months maintenance, looked at the motor, and the motor blower is so dirty that air barely blows through it. I called Great White Mechanical to come and take a look, again they were very rude to me, and said they not going to come and look or fix anything for me for free. Even though I was told that when they put in the new motor, they have warranty for their work. In fact, they said how horrible my maintenance AC company was, and probably they just lied to me, and showed me a fake photo. So it is not enough that Great White Mechanical didn’t do a good job, then didn’t do the right thing and take responsibility for it, they accused another company to be liars. BE AWARE, AVOID to have work done by Great White Mechanical.

I know this guy personally Dave he's worked out in Las Vegas for over 20 years now he's here in Florida with a great team to help people stay cool for some reason he works really hard out in the heat to make sure people stay comfortable If you call him up he'll come right over and get it fixed. Love you Dave You are amazing!!!

After getting my annual “check up” from another company, they found my Compressor to be failing. I called another company to get a second opinion which said the same thing. My plumber referred me to Dave and I was very pleased with the The service. He was here within 30 minutes to give his opinion and had the part here within 4 days. Veteran air told me it can take up to a month due to Covid  and 4 hour install. Dave replaced the compressor in no time for a fair price. Highly recommend.

Love this company!!  Always comes out when they promise and the owner is straight forward with the prices.   Always helps us out and if its some small like when our thermostat went bad, he had no problem walking us through reprogramming it while he was on another call.   Dave is the man!!
