  Awesome Awesome Awesome What a great job installing my new ac unit. Working perfect looks good the follow up was great on time kept me in the loop. Thank you to the owners is just a small part how I feel. Great people Great Service! Thank You Craig for keeping me informed and checking on the job when the guys where installing the new unit. If you need your ac looked at or want Black Jack to keep your unit running call them. Local business local people that live in this area and know your needs. Thank You Again Mark F.

  We use Black Jack Air for residential and commercial work, and we have been very pleased with both aspects! Debbie is very helpful in their office, and the technicians they’ve sent out have also always been very nice too! I trust them, and I know their work is top-notch! We’ve actually used a few other companies at our business, and Black Jack Air has been one million times more knowledgeable than the others!!

  Don't Gamble on Black Jack Air! They been billing me for for work that was not done, even after I contacted them about it and they said they would correct the issue. I contact the owner about an issue I was having with our air conditioning freezing up. They sent a person out to inspect the unit. When he was here it was running fine at the time so he never even checked the inside unit then he walked outside got the number off the outside unit and said it was working fine and left. He was not even here for 10 minutes and never even took any tools off his truck, never checked the unit, stated it was fine and gave me an estimate for a new unit. Within hours of his leaving the unit stopped working again and I called someone else to come out and they inspected the unit and stated the coils were rusted all the way through. I have picture of the rusted coils to prove it. We ended up having to replace the unit. Black Jack Air has been sending me bills for this every months ever since this occurred for $100. Their man did nothing but they are sending me bills for $100. I spoke with the owner and he said that yes they had issues with that employee and he would take care of it. That was 4 months ago and they still have not taken care of it. I have pictures and a estimate from the 2nd company that come out the next day following Black Jack Air, a testing to the fact that the unit was not working properly and needed repairs. BEWARE...
