  I can dry my clothes again! I called them on Thursday and they arrived Friday. A friendly technician quickly and promptly fix my dryer. I appreciate the efficiency and responsiveness of this company. Thanks!

  Grayson Collin Appliance is the epitome of customer service! They were on time, respectful and kind. Ed diagnosed the issue almost immediately, and Kyle came back a week later with the part to replace. Both Ed and Kyle are extremely knowledgeable and even offered insight on small things I could do at home to extend the life of my dishwasher. Would absolutely recommend for all appliance repair needs. Will certainly keep their number in my phone!

  I really would love to leave a good review. I mean, this is a local company. I would love to support my local workers. But this was nearly a scam. Well, it probably was a scam. You see, my dishwasher hasn’t been working so well. The circulation pump has been giving out. I ordered another and requested that a technician from Grayson Collin Appliance come out to replace it for me. They were quick - I’ll give them that - a couple of days. They were quick, in and out, twenty to thirty minutes. They also robbed my family. $150 for those twenty to thirty minutes of merely swapping out the part. I probably could have done it myself if I weren’t so busy. Turns out that I should have. Unfortunately, I probably have to suggest that all of my fellow north Collin County neighbors stay well away from this business. Oh, and yes, I did try to get an estimate in advance. If I remember correctly, I was told that the technician would have to advise me during his visit. Wow, yeah, just stay away if you value your hard-earned money. Just in case you missed it - that’s $300 an hour, attorney wages.
