  I left Steve a voice mail before working hours and he called me back right when they opened. My furnace went out on one of the coldest days we've had this winter but Steve was able to fit me in and fix the issue by 2:00 the same day. He definitely knows his trade and I would recommend Grand Blanc Mechanical to anyone.

  Woke up to our furnace in the morning, called a couple places to be told it would be a day or 2 before someone could get out on top of being charged quite high fees just to come look at it. Gave Grand Blanc Mechanical a call and they (Steven) was out within the hour. Found the issue and gave me all the options to go forward. Was up front, honest and walked me through exactly what was going on. Would not hesitate for a second to call him again and will be number one on my list from here on out. It's hard to find people with a business model like yours! Thank You!

  Steve was top notch, looked over my heating system and determined the issue. Gave me straight answers and some solutions on how to proceed going forward. Extremely personable and professional, would highly recommend Steve any day!
