  Responded within 3 hours of me calling them and were able to come out a day later to install a whole house humidifier to our furnace. They are so nice and so professional, I recommend them for all your heating and cooling issues. Kathy Ross

  The exhaust fan on the furnace went out at 3:30 am. Some very cold weather was due to come in during the week. I started calling HVAC businesses at 8 am. Everyone was telling me that they could not make it out for a week. I left a message with Dependable and received a call back at around 9:15 am. They came to the house prior to noon and completed the repair by 1:30. I am VERY happy with their service and would recommend them to anyone, without hesitation.

  Very happy with Dependable H&C. My furnace sounded like a jet getting ready to take off, and now it's whisper-quiet. The technician who came out, Cameron, was very knowledgeable and efficient. I would recommend them to anyone in the Flint area who needs HVAC work done.
