  I would recommend Gra-Tac to anyone who needs a new heating and cooling system. The guys that installed my unit was very professional, and went over everything when finished, they also fixed 2 places in my duct that had come loose and didn’t charge me, just fixed it. Keith that came out and recommended what unit I needed, went way beyond what most do. Thank You Gra- Tac!

  If there was an option to rate zero stars, I would! The technician sent was extremely unprofessional and was obviously in a foul mood the minute he arrived. He was very rude and hateful to us, said the "F" bomb out of frustration in front of me the customer, and his apprentice technician helper. I have NEVER experienced any type of service as bad or rude as that. The technician sent may have been solely having a bad day that day, but he was not setting a good example to his trainee and was not a good representation of his company at all! I WILL NEVER have this company back on any of our properties ever again!!
