  On 10/29/21 an hvac repairman arrived to fix our heat pump split unit. They loaded 4lbs of refrigerant and it took 3 hours. I got the bill for $380. I asked if he fixed the leak. The repair person said no they did not have time to fix it, I would have to pay for them to come back to fix the leak, "that is a much more extensive and time consuming job." I called the owner and he agreed with the repairman. So we had a working heat pump for 2 months and the refrigerant leaked out again. We barely use the heat pump during the winter because we have a wood burning stove that heats most of our home. But when we wanted to use it this week we were out of luck. Goodnight Heating & Cooling standards are equivalent to this: say, I had a nail in my car tire and took it to get repaired and the tire repair shop left the nail in my tire, put air in the tire and charged me to fix it. Of course the air will leak out again just like the refrigerant did. You always find the leak and fix it first! Huge waste of money and time.

  Kenny and his team were recommended to me by a friend. I called after lunch on a Friday afternoon and the owner was quick to respond and even made a visit to the house the same day. Once the issues were diagnosed, Kenny and his team made my options very clear. We chose to install a new unit and the work was completed before I could blink. The entire team was nice and professional. I would recommend to anyone. They bent over backwards to serve me.

  When our compressor died on our aging outdated system a couple of years ago we found Kevin and his crew by word of mouth. Goodnight offered a reasonable price for a new complete heat pump and even changed most of my flexible duct work under the house which had been riddled with rodent damage over the years. He stopped by after hours on a weekend if I remember to quote everything and the new unit arrived quickly. Quality of work was great and their attitudes were as well. Just good guys doing good work. Even talked them into repairing a dryer vent that needed attention, and I know it was a tight spot to get to, but they got it done. They were great with service after the sale as well! Shortly after we recommended them to a handful of people all of which have used them for new installs and replacement systems alike. Their service area is wide. We are glad we chose Goodnight and I’m sure will continue to trust them with our service needs.
