Unfortunately, this company was assigned to us by our property manager and landlord. I was highly dissatisfied with the service that we received and the fact that our whole process took 2 weeks to accomplish. I never received a call once from them. I had to constantly call them and ask for updates. When they said they could finally assess our water heater they said next day. They never showed and never called, never responded to emails. Then the day after that they came by and said they'll call back. I never heard from them. I called again after they ordered the water heater and they said it arrived a few days ago and had been sitting in their warehouse. This is after calling multiple times without a response due to their voice mail box being full. On the day of our appointment I was told I was the first on the list and they'd arrive between 8-10 am and it would take about 3 hours of labor time total. I didn't receive any updates and they finally showed up around noon, worked for about an hour then left to go and get the water heater. They didn't show back up until 4:30pm and didn't leave until 5:30/6pm. They also did not clean up after themselves.

So disappointed with the lack of knowledge and professionalism with this company. Could not locate our clean out valve and proposed a $3,600 fix for the issue we had. We wanted a second opinion, so they charged us over $600 for the diagnostic work with cable and camera. Neither located a blockage. They did a good job installing a new toilet and charged reasonable fee for doing so. We had a company come for a second opinion and within two hours of work, found a blockage, located the clean out and our final bill was less than half what we were charged for diagnostics and one-tenth of the proposed fix by Good Ole Boyz. I’m so sad that this happened and hope people will always get a second opinion.

Charged me almost $500 for a plumbing inspection on a house we were looking to buy. Said they would crawl under the pier and beam house to check plumbing and run a snake to check for leaks. Instead they spent a whole 10 minutes around the house then left. They said there were no leaks but gave a list of other mostly minor issues to correct. They did not crawl under the house, only poked their heads in the scuttle hole, and said they could not run a snake because there was no clean out. A week into living in the house we discovered the pipes under the bathroom were corroded and leaking and found a clean out 15 ft from the water meter sticking out of the ground at least 6 in. (Not hiding). Now we have to spend about $3500 to replace the plumbing under the bathroom. If they had done what they said they were going to do, this could have easily been found and would have affected our decision to buy the house. I do blame myself for not making them spend a little more time at the house that day but there were 2 other inspectors there and things had been hectic for the whole negotiation and buying process for our first house. To each your own because you live and you learn but I've learned to never use this company for anything.
