I have been a customer of Cote’s for almost 20 yrs, and always impressed by how strong their service and customer experience has been. They have grown and never lost that connection to the customer. It is great to see the same service folks year after year as that tells me how good they are to work for and that says a lot. I’ve gotten 2 ac systems installed and never happier. I highly recommend to anyone I know. Great company and great people since the first visit from them. Continued success!!

My air shut off last night and at 9pm they answered the phone and scheduled me for service today! They let me know when they were headed to my home and I stepped out of work to meet them for the repair. With-in an hour, I was already back at work and when I get home my home will be nice and cool. The care, sense of urgency, and professionalism, as well as, their promptness will keep me as a customer for years to come!

Bill was absolutely wonderful! He was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. He found an issue during a routine maintenance and was quick to find a resolution for us! Definitely enjoyed having Bill come out.
