  I have used Eric (and his dad, Ed) Glossemeyer for several years now for both my multi family investment properties and my personal home. They have done everything from mechanical inspections to routine maintenance/small repairs to installing entirely new systems (furnaces/condensers). They (and their crew) have always been great to work with and their prices extremely reasonable. They have never tried to gouge me which is why I’ve used them for so long! Highly recommend them.

  Highly recommend! Knowledgeable, professional, prompt, friendly, and reliable. They had my furnace up and running in no time. Exceptional service, found parts quicker than expected and installed immediately. If you're in need, this is your company.

  I scheduled for them to come and try to fix the gas fire place they installed from the previous owner. Scheduling was quick and easy; however, no call, no show on the scheduled date. I reached out and them and left a voicemail, but they never called back. My fiance called again after a couple days, but no space to leave a voicemail.
