  I started using this company after my daughter had great service from them a year or so ago. My experience with them has also been wonderful. They are professional, on time, knowledgeable, helpful, and polite. Best of all, they communicate completely! I don’t have to sit around and guess when they’re coming, and the mechanic informed me of everything he was doing while he was here, going above and beyond to make sure everything was checked before a decision was made how to proceed. He could have stopped at the first small problem, and just had me fix that, without investigating further. That would have been costly for me, and still wouldn’t have solved the main problem. I mention this because I’ve had another company do that to me, and I ended up paying for a few return visits and it cost me a lot before the actual problem was fixed. I’m happy to have found this company to deal with all our HVAC needs. I plan to use them exclusively in the future.

  Dan is fantastic. I was worried initially, being a lady & home alone that I would get gouged but he was very honest and didn't give me the run around at all. He was very knowledgeable & made sure to give me his honest opinion on everything. He gave us the best service all around and I was very impressed. We didn't get a new unit today but we will be using Glenn I. Jones when we decide which unit to purchase. They provide the best prices on parts & services. They also have great warranty options. Would recommend them to anyone!

  Had issues with another company so I called Glenn Jones this morning. The receptionist was polite and professional, and told me they would have someone out that day between 5 and 6 pm. Got a call back (yes they actually called me to keep me updated) about an hour later and she told me the tech finished another job early so would I like to have them come early between 1 and 2 pm. I said yes, and within 30 min had a text confirming the details. A little bit before the appt I got another text saying the tech was on the way, and then another text with a picture and introduction for the tech. The tech got here on time with a partner and were both very polite and professional. They got right to work, diagnosed the problem, checked on the warrantee info for me, and then told me the options (one of which would have got them more money but they told me the less expensive option too). Waiting for the replacement part from the manufacturer, since I'm not in a hurry, but have the utmost confidence based on the experience so far that they will finish this job quickly, professionally, and with excellent quality. If you have had a bad experience with any part of other ac companies out there (like I did), I highly recommend you switch to Glenn Jones. Update: would have liked to given them a second 5-star review, but Google won't let me. Needless to say, they continued their excellent communication, received and installed the parts, got our system up and running again no problem, and gave us a truely excellent and fair price. This is definitely my permanent HVAC maintenance company from now on. Thanks Glenn Jones!
