Made appointment on Monday to have my disabled son's central heat unit repaired. I received an email stating someone would be there between 11am- 1 pm. I'm out of town working so had to get someone to take off work and  go out there to wait on them and let them in but they never showed..  My friend sat there for 4 hours waiting in the cold for David Halls Inc. I emailed to ask was they running behind and they don't even bother to respond. I would not recommend them. Not a good way to run a business.

#1: David's quote beat the other 3 quotes. #2: we researched the HVAC product on Consumer Reports and it is very good. #3: the installer crew was VERY courteous, clean, showed high quality standards, and hung in their until the job was done (900PM). Oh, and the new system is VERY quiet and we hope our electric bills go down. Highly recommend this company.

David Hall is an honest, dependable, and reliable person and he operates his company under those same principles. We have used him for all of air conditioning and heating services for more than 20 years now. I would recommend him for all of your service issues as well as purchasing new units. His prices will beat the competition!

David is very nice, professional and knows what he’s doing. Also he gets in and gets done. And Amanda is awesome as well. Will definitely use them for all my A/C needs, now! Thank you David & Amanda again for everything. Will sleep great tonight now that we have cool air again! Zzz

I have used Hall's AC before and was always pleased until this last time I used them. I had called Hall's to ask about having a new and easier thermostat installed to replace the one my she shed already had. I was told there was a simple one I could get for $149.00 or a better model for $194.00. I chose the $194.00 one but they installed the $149.00, which after talking to the installer, I was fine with. The problem was when I called to pay the bill and was told it was $223.00. I told the lady whom I spoke to that I was told the price to do this was $149.00 or else $194.00, depending which unit I got. Now it was explained to me that labor was added on and this was after I had asked before if that was the total cost (the above prices) and it was yes. The installer was only here for maybe an hour , if that, it was a quick job. I cannot believe that a simple thermostat was $149.00; ridiculous! I will never have anything done by anyone else unless I get the price in writing. Just be cautious when you deal with companies. I am sooooo disappointed in Hall's.
