  We recently had Kenny and his team out to replace our heat pump. I appreciated his approach to Earn our business, rather than Sell us a new piece of equipment. I was thoroughly impressed with his professionalism and knowledge. I highly recommend Kenny and his company.

  My husband took off work today because we had an appointment for our Air Conditioner to be fixed between 10am-12 pm. Nobody showed up and nobody called us letting us know they weren't coming. My husband and I both called their business number and their voicemail box was full every single time. He also texted numerous times asking if they were still coming out today. No response. We called our home warranty company and they tried calling Gibbs and they also got the message that their voicemail box was full. Completely unprofessional and a horrible way to conduct business. I wish I didn't even have to give one star.

  Kenny worked on my unit and figured my problem. Very knowledgeable in his field..he had to fix others mistake and took pictures to show me etc. He has my business from here on out..give Kenny a call you will not be disappointed! Mary Mason
