  Had man with a beard give me his card when I last had Gervais. I’ve been a customer of Gervais for a few years and have referred quite a few friends and family. Finances have been tight lately, so I used the employee’s card and hired him independently. I didn’t realize that he didn’t speak the language. On his card, he has the initial et, but I never even got his name. I would be happy to forward you the card by email. et did an atrocious job and cost me double because I had to call another company. I was too ashamed to call Gervais since I gave in and did not report their employee for handing me their personal card. Now that I think more about it, I'd hoped that Gervais wouldn't have hired such an unprofessional serviceman in the first place.

  I’m pleased to recommend Gervais Plumbing and heating. A service tech installed a new water heater the afternoon before Thanksgiving .He was polite, prompt, and professional. I’ve used Gervais Plumbing and Heating several times before because of their great service, and will continue to do so in the future.

  Overpriced $$$$$ and TOTALLY Unreliable new to area , w New furnace install - Gervais rescheduled 4-times , 1st was a no show-wasted day off then reschedules continued over 7wks and when my old furnace died they rescheduled again leaving me no furnace entering December- labor quote was 7k$ for 1-1/2 day work -F-U ! Gervais- worst worst, worst experience in my 40yrs as homeowner- totally unreliable-I was expecting a bang-out job for the quote- Gervais is a cluster fk!

  This was over a year ago now. Contract was for a customer supplied Rinnai water heater boiler not a furnace. We will openly admit we did have to reschedule the call twice to two callout issues. Because of that You did decided to cancel the job we gave you a full refund of your deposit we never did any work for you. We have not heard a word from you until now about a year later. If you have any further questions feel free to contact the shop we have tried contacting you three times since this review We have not been able to get a hold of you. Lastly we have fixed the call out issues and are fortunate to be fully staffed again and run 2 different shifts to help prevent issues like this.
