  They charge up front, take your money for the service, he says he will guarantee the service and don't get it done. Start adding problems on something else just to get your money.

  I'm sorry that you were not happy with the service that you received. It was stated up front that you have 20+ year old equipment that we have never worked on before and we had to fix the one problem to see if there are other problems with the equipment. After making the repair to the refrigeration leak and charging the unit it was found that there were larger issues with your equipment then just having a small leak. Nothing was ever guaranteed and I apologize if you felt it was.

  Received an invoice almost a month later, very rude over the phone. We went with this company because of the 5 star review but after doing business with them we will not be doing business with them again. Very rude customer service!
