washer unrepairable. he then charged me 149 for the visit. and he cancelled the warranty while i was sitting there so that i would get the refund of the 49 warranty price. thing is, i was told when i scheduled the visit for repair, i would be charged only the 100. so i called on saturday, same day as the visit, and the warranty office was closed even tho i was during business hours. now i am not only feeling lied to about prices, but conned into higher prices and i am being ignored. yeah, its sounds like a huge scam. shame on your sears. all i wanted was a simple washer.
