  Mike (and the crew at Genesis) are amazing. We were preparing our house in Edina for sale and Mike helped us get our fireplace insert working perfectly. He was able to clean the glass, ensure all the mechanisms were working properly, and really made it look like new. He also gave us some great advice on HVAC saving us lots of dollars and effort. Mike is a true professional. He is exceptional at diagnosing issues and delighting us. No matter where you live in the Twin Cities, I'd recommend you call Mike and his crew at Genesis before you try anyone else.

  I called Genesis Heating and Air after my furnace stopped working. Mike was able to come to my house the same day, assess the problem and make recommendations. Prompt, courteous and professional. Answered all my questions. Good follow-up via phone and email regarding the bids for a new heating system. Multiple product offerings for all budgets.

  Wonderful, professional service! Our flame sensor went out on our furnace Christmas Eve. I called Genesis Heating & Air and within an hour Mike was at our house fixing our issue. He was very professional and friendly while doing the job and on his way in not time.
