  The crew was very professional and courteous. Showed up on time and within their window. Service got started right away and wasn't rushed. They made sure to take great care of my house and leave it with better and cleaner air. Got my dryer vent, air ducts and furnace cleaned. Definitely would recommend their service to everyone.

  We always try to use personal referrals for service and we’re so glad this one was for Gray Duct! Jason was super responsive and thorough from the start, giving us lots of helpful information and details of what to expect for our cleaning. His team, Josh and Thomas, were also great, walking us through each step of the process before they got started and working with us to complete the cleaning while we had to work from home. They were professional and respectful, all around really, really happy with the service and results.

  Great service! Scheduling was easy, the crew showed up when they said they would. And they got to work quickly after the initial walkthrough. The before and after photos were impressive. We are so glad that we chose Gray Duct Technologies to clean our air ducts. We had no idea that we were living with so much dust (and a block of wood) in our ducts. Really impressed with the work. Would highly recommend!
