  I had an excellent experience with service technicians Avery and Alvin. They took their time to explain my furnace to me and their work in it. I have full confidence my furnace will keep me warm this winter. I would greatly recommend General Heating. And, of course I will call on General Heating again for any future needs.   Avery from General Heating came to do a maintenance check on a Carrier Infinity system, both furnace and AC, that was installed two years ago. We have had no problems with the system. He was personable, willing to describe what he was doing, advise me on routine filter change and water panel change that I could do myself and inspired confidence in his ability and the quality of our HVAC system.
